There is a $25.00 fee for returned checks.
Gift certificates are available but are non-refundable. However, you may exchange gift certificate towards product of equal value.
We recommend making reservations for spa packages at least two weeks in advance to assure desired times.
We request a deposit of 50% to secure all reservations.
Should cancellation be necessary, please give at least a 24 hour notice in advance. Should a cancellation be necessary on a day spa package, a 48 hour notice is required to avoid a 50% penalty fee.
We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles.
We love children, however we are unable to accommodate them during your visit.
This is a non-smoking environment.

Our facility is not handicap accessible, we are located on the second floor. I f you live within 15 miles of the spa, we can travel to your home. We love kids, however we are unable to accommodate them during your visit.
